We have just arrived back in Belfast in the early hours of Sunday morning and have been reflecting on what has been an unforgettable experience. First of all, thank you to you and Johnny for allowing us to stay and celebrate our wedding at the beautiful Cortijo. We could hardly believe our luck at being able to spend time with our friends and family in such a special place - we have memories we will treasure for a lifetime. Every part of the Cortijo is perfect and every detail has been thought through, from the Pinterest worthy rooms, to the perfectly manicured gardens (special mention to Juanma who works tirelessly to maintain them). And the thoughtful touches - the beautiful personalised gifts waiting for us on arrival and the fresh sangria in the fridge. Another shout out to Olga who was so helpful throughout the entire weekend. On to the wedding day... It was everything we could have dreamed of. The planning process from start to finish was seamless. Huge thanks to the whole team - Rebecca, Kimberly, Gemma and everyone else involved in transforming our vision into reality. The day ran like clockwork and everything was perfect - from the stunning ceremony scattered with rose petals to the most pretty dining area and table decor, and the dancefloor with so many twinkly lights. And the flowers were so beautiful - nicer than what I could have imagined. And the food was amazing. We had so many guests complimenting the food and commenting how the wedding was the nicest they had ever been to (including my uncle who has 2 married children!!). We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting, a more supportive team, or a more magical weekend. Cortijo Rosa Blanca will forever hold a special place in our hearts ♥️ Sophie & Brian xx
