Boldt, this 120-room castle on Heart Island has been meticulously restored to its original Gilded Age grandeur.
The estate encompasses the main castle, yacht house, and grounds overlooking the St.
Lawrence River, offering couples a historic riverside setting with 80+ years of preservation work completed.
Kudos to the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority for an excellent experience. The plentiful staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, great walking tour app, great period pictures, great placards for more information, a nice gift shop, food concessions, great views and an outstanding update to a jewel of the Thousand Islands. The interior and exterior of the buildings, the period furnishings and the gardens were exquisite. Bonus was the harpist and appreciated how some of the rooms were kept as is when construction was abandoned. Hint - start from the boathouse with the package tour where you can see the boat house and caretaker residence and then a quick 5 minute water taxi to the castle. Be aware that it will get very busy when the tour boats pull in. Can easily spend 2-3 hours checking things out. Highly recommend it in the area.

Boldt Castle is located on Heart Island and accessible only by boat. The venue coordinates all guest transportation from the mainland docking area in Alexandria Bay.
What ceremonies and receptions can be held here?+
