I've stayed at Billabong Retreats on three occasions. Twice in a room in the Cottage which has two beds but I prefer not to share. The Cottage rooms are small but comfortable and perfect for one, handy to the lovely pool and the dining and lounge areas and programs held in the main area. At my most recent stay, the food was abundant, with very healthy vegetarian and vegan options, many varieties of tea available, as well as coffee and fruit if you still feel hungry between meals. The self care program was very useful for me as I am a carer for two different people who depend on me for support and practical assistance. The massage and facial were wonderful. I love the pool and lounging around as well as the walks around the billabong with it's beautiful water lillies and views. Mainly female guests but not exclusively, and all very friendly. If you need a break and some healthy pampering, this is the place.
