Absolute gem of a property. I was worried after all of the negative reviews, but everything has been wonderful so far. The grounds are beautiful and there are 3 pools on the property and one on their sister property. I felt so relaxed sitting by the pool- which definitely did not need to be heated in the summer - the temperature was perfect! There is also a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge outside near the spa to use if you like. The drinks at ChiChi are phenomenal. Try the spicy cucumber margarita. The rooms are smaller, but cute. Definitely a boutique hotel with beautiful grounds and many nice quiet spots for relaxing. Really enjoyed myself and will return. As some of the other reviews mentioned, everyone I have interacted with has been great! I would add a coffee maker to the rooms and perhaps make a bigger bathroom if they were to make enhancements.
