Airelles took the hotel on in 2021 and runs it at palace level: 40 rooms and suites, a Michelin-starred restaurant, a spa cut into the rock, and La Maison de Constance, a five-bedroom villa with its own pool at the foot of the garden.
Weddings take the hanging gardens, which hold roughly 200 for a standing drink and 120 seated for dinner, with the salons inside as the rain plan.
Exclusive use of the estate is offered and most couples take it, because those terraces are also where every other guest in the hotel has breakfast.

We had a most magnificent stay at the Airelles Gordes location this fall. There are an extraordinary amount of staff at the resort that are quite attentive. Many of them speak English and we had no concerns with communication.
