Clean rooms, comfortable beds but with no aircon and a very small window to let the breeze in. There was one table fan in the room and we managed to secure a second but we were still uncomfortable and were relieved to leave. This was middle of July (before the big heat arrived). Food was decent. There wasn't much else in the immediate facility. Everyone was polite but we didn't find it particularly welcoming.
