Nayenci-was our pool attendant today.. she is just the cutest sweet person. She was very attentive moving the umbrella to cover our chairs. Towels galore.. all clean and at the ready. Kate was amazing. She kept us fed and well hydrated. The pitchers of ICE water can’t be counted.. such a great service. Without any bother to us, Kate was always there to fill a cocktail or two. We loved how ‘our staff’ was so friendly, offering quick little stories about themselves, the surrounding fun things to do here in Miami and of course the amazing restaurants offered here. One of our most favorite luxuries we look forward too!
