This hotel was exceptional. The staff were all incredibly kind and hospitable, and ensured everything was impeccable, from room service to general support getting around Sri Lanka. On the last day, our taxi to Kandy was slightly delayed, and the staff very willingly let us stay back in the lounge and ensured we did not get dehydrated on what was a very hot day. They also looked after our luggage and helped us board the car when we left. The design itself was stunning - gorgeous colours, eye-catching decor, and a beautiful tropical design. There was also an on-site pool, and the room itself had beautiful quilted bed-covers. The breakfast was a proper Sri Lankan feast and absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.
