Unfortunately the resort wasn’t as luxurious as it seemed when we booked our room online. We booked the jacuzzi suite however when we entered the room the smell of mildew and mould was so strong. The room was very dark and dingy. Upon inspection the room seemed quite dirty especially the shower and jacuzzi which we did not end up using because we were concerned for the hygiene. We slept in the room for one night before asking to move room due to the air quality. The staff were very friendly and accomodating for our request and moved us to an upstairs room which was more fresh than downstairs however the cleanliness was similar. Many of the sheets and furnishings have stains and considerable wear and tear. We did not feel relaxed and at home at the resort. That being said, staff were very lovely and kind. Thank you for the support and kindness!
