⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Another Wonderful Stay at Pullman Kuta Mandalika We stayed at Pullman Kuta Mandalika three years ago, shortly after Pullman first took over, and we were impressed then—so returning this year, we were delighted to see that the experience is still consistently excellent. The service remains top‑notch, the staff across the hotel are attentive and helpful, and the overall hospitality continues to feel warm and professional. The food is exceptional, with great quality and variety, making every meal something to look forward to. The rooms and facilities are well‑maintained, and the atmosphere around the resort is both relaxing and refreshing—perfect for a getaway. One small note: the check‑in staff could be a little more friendly or welcoming; a warmer smile or greeting would really elevate the first impression to match the rest of the hotel’s high standards. Overall, though, Pullman Kuta Mandalika continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we look forward to coming back again.
