⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Another Wonderful Stay at Pullman Kuta Mandalika
We stayed at Pullman Kuta Mandalika three years ago, shortly after Pullman first took over, and we were impressed then—so returning this year, we were delighted to see that the experience is still consistently excellent.
The service remains top‑notch, the staff across the hotel are attentive and helpful, and the overall hospitality continues to feel warm and professional. The food is exceptional, with great quality and variety, making every meal something to look forward to.
The rooms and facilities are well‑maintained, and the atmosphere around the resort is both relaxing and refreshing—perfect for a getaway.
One small note: the check‑in staff could be a little more friendly or welcoming; a warmer smile or greeting would really elevate the first impression to match the rest of the hotel’s high standards.
Overall, though, Pullman Kuta Mandalika continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we look forward to coming back again.

I stayed at Pullman Lombok Merujani Mandalika Beach Resort for three days. The hotel is located in the Mandalika area, conveniently close to the Mandalika Circuit, making it a strategic option for both leisure and event-related stays.
In terms of facilities, the hotel is fairly well equipped. There is a swimming pool, a fitness center, and direct access to the beach, which is located just next to the pool area. The beachfront setting is certainly one of the hotel’s stronger points and adds to the overall appeal of the property.
Breakfast offered a reasonable variety with acceptable taste. During my stay, I dined consistently at the same restaurant, and overall, the food quality was good and did not disappoint. The restaurant staff were attentive and polite, providing a pleasant dining experience throughout my stay.
The room facilities met the general expectations of a five-star hotel. I stayed in an ocean-facing room, which offered a nice view. However, during heavy rain accompanied by strong winds, rainwater entered the room. I also noticed that several areas within the hotel experienced water pooling during heavy rainfall. This raised some concerns regarding the building design and drainage system, especially for a property positioned in the upper segment of the market.
The most notable shortcoming, unfortunately, occurred during the check-in experience. I was assisted by a male front office staff member who appeared rather rigid, not particularly welcoming, and seemingly undertrained. The lack of warmth and personal engagement was quite noticeable. In addition, elite member recognition was minimal, which was unexpected given my experiences at other Pullman properties in Indonesia, such as Bali, Jakarta, and Bogor.
When compared to those hotels, Pullman Lombok Merujani feels more average and less refined. The overall atmosphere lacks the strong hospitality touch typically associated with the Pullman brand. Interestingly, a nearby Accor four-star property felt noticeably more homey and welcoming, which further highlighted the gap in service delivery.
This hotel has strong potential, especially with its location and beachfront access. However, improvements in staff training, service culture, and attention to guest experience particularly at the front office are essential for this property to truly reflect Pullman’s brand standards.

We spent the day at the pool here. We had the entire area and even beach to ourselves, which was lovely. The hotel is located in a private cove with no other developments, making it especially tranquil. So much so that we witnessed a herd of buffalo casually wander across our view of the sea. We both ordered food, and it was all delicious and well priced. The manager on duty, Jaelani, was an absolute joy to be around. He attended to our every need and was engaged with us on a friendly, personal level. Price for the deckchairs is good compared to other resorts nearby, and it’s all credit against food and drink anyway. Though we didn’t stay the night, we wouldn't hesitate to if we ever come back, just based on the high-end experience we had at the pool. Highly recommend Pullman Lombok for a peaceful, uplifting day next to the sea!
