From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed with genuine, friendly smiles. Kam, who checked us into our rooms, immediately made us feel happy and at ease after two long flights. That first interaction set the tone for our entire stay. Throughout our visit, Kam went out of her way to check in with us daily, making sure everything was to our liking and showing a sincere interest in our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the breakfast was outstanding with something to suit everyone. The staff as a whole were truly exceptional.
