From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed with genuine, friendly smiles. Kam, who checked us into our rooms, immediately made us feel happy and at ease after two long flights. That first interaction set the tone for our entire stay. Throughout our visit, Kam went out of her way to check in with us daily, making sure everything was to our liking and showing a sincere interest in our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the breakfast was outstanding with something to suit everyone. The staff as a whole were truly exceptional. I hope the owners know what an incredible team they have. You will not be disappointed with your stay at this hotel. Thank you, Kam, for your warm, cheerful smile every day—you truly know how to make guests feel welcome.

My partner and I had an amazing experience at the Mövenpick Hotel in Patong. Outstanding Staff always willing to help with any questions you may require or recommendations of wonderful places to see. Kam was absolutely fantastic with her assistance and recommendations a massive thank you for your help always assisting with the biggest smile and lovely personality. Our room exceeded our expectations plenty of room, spotless and great facilities. We recommend the breakfast buffet plenty of choices, make sure to add this on to your booking well worth it. The location was great as you could experience the busy part of Patong, walk or catch the shuttle to jungceylon Shopping Centre, walk to the beach and hire a Sunbed for the day, then walk back to Movenpick Patong were it was a little quieter atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back in the near future as we had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Movenpick Myth Hotel turned into an absolute nightmare. We had a major issue with cockroaches crawling all over the buffet restaurant, it was disgusting, with bugs infesting the food area right in front of everyone's eyes. When I complained to the floor staff, they barely acknowledged it, and later at reception, the staff member(Benz) just shrugged and said, "I can't find your complaint in our system." Like, seriously? You can't find it because you didn't bother to log it or do anything about it! Who runs a hotel like this, ignoring health hazards that could make guests sick? Then there's Benz at reception, talk about unhelpful and rude. We tried to apply our Accor group discount on the restaurant food and beverages, showing our valid card, but she flat-out refused, insisting we couldn't get it unless we were "Explore members." What a load of nonsense! We had to escalate it to management just to sort out a basic discount that we were entitled to. It wasted our time. And honestly, as Russian Jews, we couldn't shake the feeling that there was some underlying racism here. the way we were treated compared to other guests was noticeably colder and more dismissive. To top it off, the whole place reeks of cannabis smoke wafting through the halls at night, 4am prostitutes arguing and fighting over money right outside our floor. This is supposed to be a family-friendly hotel? Absolutely not! Overpriced, filthy, and staffed by people who clearly don't care. Save your money and sanity, stay anywhere else in Phuket! 1 star, and that's being generous.
