My stay at the Treehouse in Cape Town was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, the room with its balcony was spacious, and the staff's friendliness was outstanding and incredibly warm—but not intrusive, always there when needed. We are in touch with WA till today. Besides this hotel in Cape Town, we've also stayed at other hotels of The Living Journey Collection owned by the same family. The experience was the same everywhere: attentive yet unobtrusive service, a warm welcome, and a stylish atmosphere. This shows that the management wants to guarantee a consistent experience for their guests. And I really appreciate that, especially since these are boutique hotels with a manageable number of rooms and the key differentiator is fantastic guest experience with outstanding hospitality.
