We were absolutely delighted with the catering provided by Sapphire Restaurant at our 50th wedding anniversary reception, a very special milestone that was attended by nearly 200 guests. From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and they delivered an outstanding dining experience. The food was truly delicious, full of flavour, and prepared to the highest standard. The presentation was equally impressive — the meals were beautifully displayed on an elegant golden bain-marie, which added a touch of class and sophistication to the entire setup. The wide variety of dishes ensured that there was something for everyone to enjoy. The salad station was also outstanding, offering a generous variety of fresh, colourful, and well-prepared options. A particularly thoughtful touch was the tea station, which was available as soon as guests arrived. This created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing guests to relax, network, and socialise with one another while sipping tea before the meal began. We were very pleased with how punctual and well-organised the team was. The setup was completed right on time, smoothly and efficiently, which allowed the event to run without any stress or delays. This level of reliability gave us great peace of mind on such an important day. Most importantly, the feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive. Many commented on the excellent taste, freshness, and beautiful presentation of the food, and several guests went out of their way to tell us how impressed they were with the overall catering. We are sincerely grateful to Sapphire Restaurant for helping make our golden anniversary celebration so memorable and special.
