Beautiful luxury hotel with exceptional service. Shedrick, Daud and Philip were amazing and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Staff were diligent with round-the-clock service; rooms and amenities were consistently cleaned and we had plenty of privacy as needed, along with some welcome treats upon arrival and during the daily turndown service. Definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Cape Town!
