Elisa & Mathieu went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we ate well while in the Loire (we looked forward to breakfast at their place ever day and they provided great recommendations for on our day trips). They were so personable and kind. Le Gaimont is the sort of place where there are touches of subtle luxury and thoughtful design throughout to make it feel extra comfortable while understated—the placement of the bedside tables, the heated floors, the lighting, the really comfortable beds (the sorts of things you actually need to make a troglodyte cave stay really comfortable). Great find!
