We had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival we were told to treat the place as our home, and it lived up to the promise. It was a truly boutique, personal experience to stay at this hotel. The staff led by Marina were all warm and welcoming and chatted with us about our plans in Queenstown, and were happy to entertain any adhoc requests and provide recommendations. The evening drinks and canapes were also a very nice touch.
