How much will it cost guests to attend our destination wedding?

The trip depends on departure city, dates, nights and room sharing. This tool estimates round-trip flights and accommodation in USD. Enter quoted fares and a nightly room price to replace the allowances. Add meals, transfers, baggage, visas and insurance separately.

How does the estimator handle shared rooms?

Choose one to four guests per room. Rooms are rounded up separately for each group, so five guests sharing two to a room need three rooms. The nightly room price is multiplied by rooms and nights, then added to the group’s flights.

Are these live flight prices?

The initial flight figures are modeled allowances. Enter your departure date and request live USD fares to check supported routes. The return date is the selected number of nights later. If no usable fare is returned, the allowance stays visible. Prices can change before booking.

Can I share the estimate with my partner?

Copy the link to preserve your guest groups, dates, room-sharing settings and entered quotes. Shared links contain the labels and figures you enter, so use general group names. Live fares are not saved in the link.

What attendance rate should I plan for?

There is no dependable universal decline rate. Build a guest list you could afford and accommodate if everyone accepted. Ask guests about travel plans early and use confirmed RSVPs for supplier headcounts.

About these figures
