Infelizmente, minha experiência com a Alexandra Pazos foi muito frustrante. Contratei o serviço esperando uma parceria para o meu casamento, mas encontrei uma profissional que não se esforçou para entender a proposta do meu evento. ​Mesmo eu explicando que buscava algo minimalista para o evento, e que não gostava de edições pesadas ou nitidez excessiva, a resposta que recebi diversas vezes foi a sugestão de encerrar o contrato caso eu não estivesse satisfeita. Como noiva, me senti desrespeitada e ofendida com a falta de tentativa de atender um cliente que já estava com o contrato fechado com a mesma. ​Um fornecedor de casamento lida com sonhos e deveria ter o mínimo de empatia e vontade de ouvir o cliente, o que não aconteceu. Foi o único fornecedor de todo o meu casamento que não compreendeu absolutamente nada da minha proposta. Não recomendo para quem busca um atendimento personalizado e respeitoso.
