The quality of the hotel is excellent. The location is not good (there is basically nothing around). The service varies; most of it is excellent. The kitchen staff are great; really great. The men on the front desk are also very friendly and helpful. The women are not so helpful. One lady in particular (ຍິງໃຫຍ່ກວ່າ) has got really bad attitude. I asked her to help me get a taxi she told me ‘just download an app’. A basic service of a hotel is that they will help you get a taxi to the airport. I was sitting in reception and noticed that every time a non Asian walked past she would cough and make faces to the others like rolling her eyes.
