Attended a conference here and they did an amazing job creating plant based dishes for all of us! Would definitely recommend booking conferences and events here. All the staff were lovely as well.

No. Trail Creek Pavilion operates from Memorial Day through the second weekend in October. The Roundhouse depends on gondola operation. Sun Valley Club offers private events from October through May, after 6pm. River Run Lodge, Dollar Lodge and Limelight Ballroom list year-round availability, with additional time and date restrictions to confirm.
Are the wedding spaces independent bookings?+
Not always. Sun Valley states that renting Trail Creek Pavilion includes Trail Creek Cabin. Ask the wedding team which spaces are included and whether a booking affects other locations or events.
