Absolutely stunning building and hotel. The interior is gorgeous. We got upgraded to the king suite room and it was so comfortable, the bed was the highlight of the stay. Lush, spacious, and just enough pillows (iykyk!!) The hotel offers secure parking out back. It’s also very centrally located, lots of restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood itself felt very safe as well. My ONLY call out is that since the building is so old, it doesn’t have the greatest sound proofing. You can hear guests in the hallway quite easily but that wasn’t a huge issue during our stay, certainly not worth affecting the rating. The hotel also offers a small breakfast in the morning as well as a free welcome beverage. Across the street is a popular delicatessen with highly recommended sandwiches. Finally, the staff was proactive and accommodating. Would absolutely love to stay here again someday!
