Came with the family and booked 3 rooms. The staff tried their best and were friendly and helpful. But when it came to little things like asking for a wine opener, they only had one and made it a big deal on borrowing it. One night, we accidentally left and locked our room with the key card inside. It was 10pm and there were no staff to be found. If it was not for the quick thinking of the security guard who found a parcel with the owner’s phone number, we wouldn’t be able to get back in until the next morning. He had no number to call for emergencies and he said this had happened before and they are not prepared for this. For a hotel you wouldn't expect this. My family came with a rice cooker, they are vegetarian and have hard time getting the right choices so they came prepared. They were not allowed to use their rice cooker outside the room. The staff let us know it was not allowed. So it was little things like that made no sense. The theme park was okay, since the niece and nephew enjoyed it. When serving food the waiter was not made aware of their diet and served bacon in Carbonara. There is a lack of Managment and cohesion. This place has potential but needs to learn about the importance of customer Service.
