# Aisle ## Chic couples plan their destination weddings with Aisle. Find a venue or bring the one you’ve booked. Build your wedding website, collect RSVPs, and let guests book and pay for their rooms. Canonical: https://aisle.wedding/ ## Wedding planning features https://aisle.wedding/features ### Wedding website - Website sections you can reorder: The cover, the letter, the weekend, where to stay, getting here, around town, dress code, RSVP, registry, songs, guest book, photos, and a closing note. Turn any of them off and reorder the rest. - Your own sections: Add up to eight custom sections with your own words and photos. - Colors, fonts and cover photos: Choose colors, fonts, spacing and a cover photo. You can also ask Elena to apply a theme. - A custom domain: Connect a domain you own, or buy one inside the dashboard. Domain purchases are billed annually, separately from membership, with the price shown before purchase and a notice before renewal. - Preview before anyone sees it: Preview your website and try the RSVP form without changing your real guest records. - Old links keep working: Change your web address and the previous address redirects to your site. - Link previews that match: Your cover photo is what shows up when a guest pastes the link into WhatsApp or iMessage. - A photo gallery after the day: Guests upload what they shot, and the gallery lives at your address alongside everything else. ### Guest list - Import what you already have: Type names, paste a list or import a spreadsheet from Add guests. The standard limit is 600 guests per wedding; contact support if you need more. - Edit guest details: Update contact details, meal choices, dietary notes and accommodation from your guest list. - Households: Put a couple or a family in one party, and one person can answer for all of them. - Groups: Group guests by family, friends, accommodation or any label you choose. Use groups for event invitations and messages. - Plus ones: Give a guest a plus one. They can add their companion’s name, and the companion joins their household and event invitations. - Guests who need a follow-up: See which guests have not replied or are missing contact details or meal choices. - No account for guests: Guests open your link and use the phone number or email on your guest list to find their invitation. No app or separate account is needed. - Export your guest list: Export the guest list to CSV whenever you want, including RSVP status and meals. ### RSVPs for every event - One tap to answer: The RSVP form sits in the site, on the same page as the schedule and the travel notes. - Per-event answers: A guest’s overall RSVP applies to the events they are invited to. They can give a different reply for an individual event, and that choice is kept when their overall reply changes. - Meals and dietary notes: Set meal choices per event and collect each guest’s answers and dietary notes. - Questions you write: Add up to twelve questions, such as song requests or shuttle needs, and see each guest’s answers. - Early interest and final RSVPs: Run a soft "are you likely to come" round first, then switch the same form to the full RSVP when the date is firm. - Attendance counts: See attending, awaiting and declined counts for each event and the wedding overall. - Invite-only and internal events: An event can be public to the whole list, limited to named guests, or visible only to you. ### Room blocks and travel - Properties and rooms: Hold blocks at more than one hotel, list the rooms in each, and set the nights and the price per room. - Assign who sleeps where: Put guests in rooms yourself, or let guests choose from what is left. - Guests pay for their own room: Guests book and pay on your site through your connected Stripe account. A 5% Aisle fee applies; you choose whether you or the guest covers it. - Room payment tracking: See what each room costs, what has been paid, and what is still owed against the bill the hotel sent you. - Airports and arrivals: Share nearby airports, transfer times and travel links with your guests. - Travel estimates: Modeled flight and stay costs per guest, so you can answer "what will this cost me" before anyone books. ### Budget, registry and guest payments - Budget: Compare your budget with agreed costs and payments for each item. - Registry: Link your store registries or collect cash contributions toward gifts and experiences you choose. - Collect from guests: Take payment for rooms, registry contributions, and ticketed events, all through your site. - Paid out to you: Connect a bank account and payments settle to it directly. Aisle keeps 5%, and you choose whether to cover the fee or add it to the guest total. - You cover the fee, or the guest does: One toggle. Either the 5% comes out of your payout, or it is added to the guest total as a line they can see, and you receive the face value. - One membership price: $19.99 a month with the first 7 days free. A card is required for the trial. Texting starts with the first payment; guest-payment fees and domain purchases are separate. - Referral credit: Share your referral link with another couple. Membership credit is awarded when the referral meets the paid-subscription requirements. ### Schedule, seating and transport - The schedule: Build the weekend hour by hour. Times are stored in the venue timezone, so 4pm in Ravello reads 4pm to a guest sitting in Ohio. - Audiences per event: Invite a group, guests staying at one hotel or selected individuals to an event. - Seating: Lay out tables, drag guests onto them, and each event seats only the people expected at that event. Print the chart for the venue. - Transport: Add shuttles, transfers, trains, and car hire with times and costs, and put them in front of the guests they apply to. - Dress codes: Set one per event from a written library, so "black tie optional" says what you mean by it. - Your task list: A checklist that knows your date and what you have already done, rather than a generic twelve-month printout. ### Messages to guests - Broadcasts to a filtered list: Write once and send to everyone, or only the people who have not replied, or only the ones staying at the villa. - Email, SMS and WhatsApp: Send email, SMS or WhatsApp messages to guests. Texting starts with your first membership payment. International SMS delivery depends on the destination and carrier; WhatsApp requires the guest’s permission. Sending limits apply; see Pricing. - Schedule it: Choose a date and time to send an update, such as a reminder on the morning of the welcome dinner. - One inbox: Guest texts, messages from your planner or venue, and notes from us arrive in the same thread list. - Guests can just text back: A reply to your text is a reply to you, and STOP and HELP work the way the carriers require. ### Elena, the AI planner - Edit your wedding by asking: Tools for guests, events, rooms, travel, registry, your site and checklist. "Add a welcome dinner Friday at seven" adds the event. - Setup as a conversation: Tell Elena about your wedding so she can help fill in the website and planning details. - She answers your guests: A guest texts asking what time the bus leaves, and Elena answers from your actual schedule. Turn it off in settings if you would rather reply yourself. - She reads your guest list: Paste names from a note, email or spreadsheet and ask Elena to organize them into your guest list. - She finds venues: Give her a budget, a season, and a headcount, and she comes back with the ones that fit. - Before you have an account: Elena is on the public site too. What you tell her there carries into your dashboard if you sign up. ### Venues, vendors and planners - The venue directory: Search by country, region, season, and guest count, with what we know about each place written out. - Save a venue shortlist: Describe your wedding to see venue suggestions, then save the places you want to compare. - Review venue suggestions: Enter your location, guest count and timing to see venue suggestions. Save the places you like and send date inquiries when you’re ready. - Inquiries with the date attached: Ask about exact, flexible or undecided dates from a venue page. You can start an inquiry without an account. - Vendors: Photographers, florists, and the rest, listed by place, with the first email drafted when you are ready to send it. - Work with your planner: Invite your planner to help manage your wedding, or join a wedding your planner has already started. ### Free without an account - Free planning tools: Budget, guest travel cost, planning timeline, day-of timeline, alcohol, who pays for what, dress code, RSVP QR code, and more. No sign-up, no email wall. - Templates you can download: Guest list, budget spreadsheet, planning checklist, day-of timeline, and vow prompts, as files you keep. - A real site to walk through: The example wedding is a full guest site, RSVP form and all, that you can read before deciding anything. - Aisle inside ChatGPT and Claude: Our MCP server lets an assistant search venues and run the planning tools directly. Connect your account and it can manage your wedding too. ## Pricing https://aisle.wedding/pricing | What you can do | Free to build | Membership | | --- | --- | --- | | Wedding website | Build and preview | Publish and share with guests | | Guest list and groups | Add, import and organize | Included | | RSVPs and meal choices | Prepare your site | Collect replies for each event | | Rooms and guest payments | Membership required | Room booking and payment collection | | Email broadcasts | Membership required | Included during the trial | | Text messages | Membership required | SMS and WhatsApp; starts after your first payment | | Elena, the AI planner | Limited preview | Planning and editing tools | | Design with Elena | Public example demo, subject to availability | $10 USD starting credit; more credit purchased separately | | Custom domain connection | Membership required | Connect a domain you own; purchase billed separately | ### Can I use Aisle if I already have a venue? Create an account and build your site for free. When you start membership, add a card for a 7-day trial. Membership renews at $19.99 USD per month after the trial unless you cancel. Texting starts with your first membership payment. Domain purchases and guest-payment fees still apply during the trial. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial. ### What does $19.99 a month include? Guest texting starts with your first membership payment. International SMS delivery depends on the destination and carrier; WhatsApp requires the guest’s permission. Guest-payment fees, domain purchases and additional design credit are separate. ### Is Design with Elena included in membership? Design with Elena creates a custom wedding website in a separate studio. Membership includes a one-time $10 USD starting design credit per wedding. Design requests use that balance; additional $10 or $25 USD top-ups are separate purchases. This is not a monthly credit allowance. Preview your draft and choose when to publish it. The standard editor’s themes, colors, fonts and photos do not use design credit. ### Are there guest or messaging limits? The standard guest-list limit is 600 per wedding. Standard broadcast limits are 150 recipients during the trial and 500 with paid membership. Paid texting is limited to 800 outbound texts in a rolling 24 hours. Contact support@aisle.wedding if your wedding needs a higher limit. Elena’s standard free preview is 10 messages per wedding: refreshed monthly while choosing a venue, or 10 total once you have a venue. ### What fees apply when guests pay? Aisle charges 5% on payments collected through your wedding site, including rooms, cash registry contributions and paid events. You choose whether to cover the fee from your payout or add it to the guest total. Connect your Stripe account to receive payments. ### How much does a custom domain cost? Connecting a domain you already own is included with membership. Buying one through Aisle is an additional annual charge. The price depends on the domain and is shown before purchase; renewal is quoted separately. We email a renewal notice 30 days before expiry and charge 14 days before expiry when renewal is enabled. ### Can I cancel any time? Yes. Open Manage billing in Settings to cancel. Membership access continues through the end of your trial or paid billing period. Your published guest site stays online and your saved data remains available. Your dashboard returns to free preview, with publishing, sends and payment management requiring membership. - [Complete published guide text](https://aisle.wedding/llms-full.txt) ## Country Guides (8) - [Wedding Venues in Italy](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/italy): Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Capri, Cinque Terre, Ravello, Sorrento, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. - [Wedding Venues in Mexico](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/mexico): Tulum, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. - [Wedding Venues in Greece](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/greece): Santorini, Mykonos, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. - [Wedding Venues in Spain](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/spain): Barcelona, Mallorca, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. - [Wedding Venues in Hawaii](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/hawaii): Hawaii, Maui, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. - [Wedding Venues in Jamaica](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/jamaica): Jamaica, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. - [Wedding Venues in Costa Rica](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/costa-rica): Costa Rica, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. - [Wedding Venues in Dominican Republic](https://aisle.wedding/destinations/country/dominican-republic): Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, country-level guide with legal requirements, costs, and best months. ## Planning guides (72) - [How to import a wedding guest list without losing the details](https://aisle.wedding/guides/couples/import-wedding-guest-list): Prepare guest names, contacts and households, map spreadsheet columns, review possible duplicates and verify the saved list before inviting anyone. - [Wedding website RSVPs: meals, plus-ones and multi-day events](https://aisle.wedding/guides/couples/wedding-website-rsvps): Set up wedding RSVPs by event, collect meal choices and dietary needs, define plus-ones, and check each guest’s invitation before sharing the link. - [How to send wedding guest updates by email, text or WhatsApp](https://aisle.wedding/guides/couples/wedding-guest-updates): Choose the right channel and guest group, send clear wedding updates, and understand Aisle’s email, SMS and WhatsApp limits before scheduling. - [Wedding website room booking: hotel links and guest payments](https://aisle.wedding/guides/couples/guest-room-booking): Distinguish hotel information, reservation links and organizer-arranged rooms. Endpoint: `https://aisle.wedding/api/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, no key for public tools). See https://aisle.wedding/mcp for setup. Public tools: `search_venues`, `get_venue_details`, `list_venue_countries`, `search_vendors`, `get_vendor_details`, `get_budget_estimate`, `get_guest_travel_estimate`, `get_planning_timeline`, `get_wedding_checklist`, `get_packing_list`, `get_alcohol_estimate`, `get_day_of_timeline`, `get_dress_code_guide`, `get_who_pays_split`, `generate_wedding_hashtags`, `get_invitation_wording`, `get_cash_gift_suggestion`, `search_guides`. Each on-site planning tool (budget, guest travel, timeline, checklist, alcohol, day-of timeline, dress code, who-pays) has a matching MCP tool that returns the same figures. Authenticated tools (OAuth via Clerk) let a couple manage their own wedding, guest list, events, registry, and stats. Backend API: a couple can run a wedding site they build and host themselves on Aisle as the backend, reading and writing the wedding, guests, RSVPs, events, stays, registry and payments over REST with a wedding-scoped key created in Settings. Reference and guide: https://api.aisle.wedding/docs (OpenAPI 3.1 at https://api.aisle.wedding/openapi.json). Custom HTML: a couple (or their agent) can design a site section in any tool that writes HTML and publish it against their live wedding data. Public tool `validate_custom_html` lints a section without an account; authenticated `set_custom_html`, `get_custom_html`, and `restore_custom_html_version` publish, read, and roll back. The binding vocabulary: https://aisle.wedding/custom-html/spec.md (also for humans at https://aisle.wedding/custom-html). ## Technical Details - Built with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS - AI assistant powered by Anthropic Claude - Hosted on Vercel
